The Wroclaw University of Economics “Ars Cantandi” Choir

The Wroclaw University of Economics “Ars Cantandi” Choir started its activity in December 2004. Most of its participants are students and graduates of Wroclaw University of Economics. The Choir offers broad musical themes in its performance venue. Repertoire includes music of domestic and foreign composers from various ages with religious and secular themes in recent years including oratorio and stage forms. The choir participates in ceremonies at Economic University and also in Wroclaw and Lower Silesia. In 2016 has participated in many events of the European Capital of Culture Wroclaw 2016 (concert with A. Bocelli, Opening Ceremony, FLOW, Zarzuela Show, European Film Awards). Choir regularly participates in national and international choir competitions in Poland and all over the Europe wining of gold, silver and bronze medals as well as special prizes.
