Skanderborg Youth Choir consists of girls and boys at the age of 11-15 years. The choir has an old tradition to look back on- it was established in 1956. The repertory of the choir is diverse. The choir sing anything from Danish songs to classical works. As for the rhythmic line of the repertory there is gospel, musicals and popular music. The choir has also recorded four CDs . The choir has taken part in several competitions arranged by Interkultur and has achieved several gold diplomas.
