Vokalna skupina Solzice GŠ Brežice, was established under the wing of Music school Brežice 27 years ago. The vocal group, that not only represents the music school but also the Municipality Brežice and Sava valley in Slovenia and beyond it's borders, was founded and is still to this day lead by the conductor Marjetka Podgoršek Horžen. Solzice have taken part in many competitions inside and out of Slovenian borders and have taken great pride if their work produced a recognition, especially at their last International competition in Callela, Spain, where they have won two golden diplomas. They have also been awarded a gold diploma at the state's competiton Naša pesem in Maribor. Every year the vocal group and their conductor look forward to their annual concert in May, the month of Lilies of the Valley after whome their name was given.
