Schola Minor was founded at the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation in Bratislava in 2013. Consists of singers: Hilda Gulyásová (solo), Mária Páleníková, Júlia Urdová, Sylvia Urdová (conductor) and Tomáš Šelc (solo). Besides the classical Gregorian chant repertoire it specialises also in the interpretation of the chant of the Franciscan tradition and of the chant from the manuscripts of the Medieval Kingdom of Hungary which part was also Slovakia. Besides the singing during liturgy at the Franciscan church the schola has presented several concerts and festivals in Bratislava and Arezzo (Italy). The schola attended the Seminario of the Gregorian chant with Mr. Alexander M. Schweitzer in Arezzo (Italy) in 2016 (64° Concorso Polifonico Internazionale “Guido d'Arezzo” 2016).
Sylvia Urdová graduated in organ and choral conducting in the department of church music at the State Conservatory in Bratislava and in musicology at the Comenius University in Bratislava, where she presented a dissertation on mediaeval music (in 2010). She also studied Gregorian chant with Professor Cornelius Pouderoijen OSB in Vienna (Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst). She is a member of the Viennese Gregorian chant ensemble Schola Resupina. She is the organist of the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation in Bratislava, where she is the choirmaster of the vocal-instrumental ensemble Franciscan schola Bratislava.
