Alicja Duszczyk

Alicja Duszczyk is a musician, arranger, and cultural animator, and a graduate of the I. J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, where she studied choral conducting and music education. She is a co-founder and board member of the Goślińskie Music Society in Murowana Goślina and the conductor and founder of the children’s amateur instrumental ensemble at the Artistic Centre in Murowana Goślina. Alicja is dedicated to teaching and inspiring young artists and art enthusiasts. She develops innovative educational and artistic projects for children and young people at Primary School No. 2 in Murowana Goślina, and organizes concerts, musical and literary performances, and activities for both children and seniors. Her artistic achievements include numerous awards at competitions and reviews in which the groups she leads have participated. A recent highlight was the Instrumental Ensemble of the Artistic Centre in Murowana Goślina winning 2nd place at the International Youth Music Competition in Atlanta in 2023, USA, and receiving an invitation to perform at the final concert in New York.
