Indrek Vijard graduated from Tallinn Music High School in 1983 and the Tallinn State Conservatory in 1990 with a focus on choral conducting. Since 1995, he has directed Nõmme Music School and conducted notable choirs, including the EMLS Boys' Choir Kalev, Tallinn University Male Choir, and Väinamere EÜE Mixed Choir. Vijard has received several honors, such as the Presidential Order of the White Star IV class in 2021, and has served as the chairman of the Estonian Men's Song Society since 2019. Ka Bo Chan is a freelance countertenor, vocal pedagogue, music teacher, choir master, and conductor. He studied in Estonia under Hirvo Surva and Merike Toro and took voice lessons from Leelo Talvik at Georg Ots Music School. He earned his bachelor’s degree cum laude from the Estonia-America Academy of Business and his master’s from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in vocal performance. He has conducted several choirs, including Chamber Choir “Solare” and Rakvere Mixed Choir. Currently, he is the choirmaster-conductor of the Tallinn University Male Choir and works with choirs at Tallinn Ühisgümnaasium and Tallinn Free Waldorf School.
