Women's Choir VOCALS of the Park of Culture and Recreation in Prešov, Slovakia, was established in 2010 . Today it has up to 26 female members who sing under the leading of Bronislava Fecková. The repertoire of the choir consists of sacred music of Renaissance and Baroque period, folk songs of Slovak and Czech authors and pop songs in an arrangement of British and American composers. The choir regularly organizes Christmas and annual concerts. It has sung in several Slovak and Czech towns. The members of Vocals participate in the local, national and international contests in choral singing in Prešov, Košice, Banská Bystrica , Bratislava Cantat II 2018, Prague (Czech Republic) and Rzeszow (Poland),Sanktpeterburg 2019 (Rossia) in which has obtained gold and silver awards. The choir gave a concert in Porec (Croatia), in Prague (Czech Republic) 2022. At 2023 our choir had successful concerts in Budapest (Hungary) and once again in Prague. At the Ave Verum Baden – Vien festival 2024, the choir received a bronze award.
