The Orchestra of the Stanisław Moniuszko Primary Music School in Warsaw is a which includes string instruments: violin, cellos; wind instruments: flutes, clarinets, saxophones, bassoon, trumpets and percussion instruments. The orchestra's repertoire includes works from different eras. Film music occupies an important place among the performed works. The orchestra takes part in concerts organized in Warsaw, e.g. in the Concert Studio of the Polish Radio. The band has also given concerts abroad, e.g. in Lithuania. The orchestra's achievements include winning the first prize twice at the National Festival of Orchestras in Będzin, and the Silver Diploma at the International Competition Musica Orbis Prague Festival in the Czech Republic. The orchestra cooperates with the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw by carrying out internships for students.
