Ave Sopp has graduated from the Georg Ots Tallinn Music School and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre with a degree in choral conducting. She has worked for years as a cultural organizer in Pärnu and since 2005 as a music editor-producer at the Estonian Song and Dance Celebration Foundation. She has received several awards as a conductor and cultural organizer, including the Gustav Ernesaks Prize for the promotion of choral music, which is one of the highest honors in the Estonian choral field. Ave Sopp was the founder and long-time conductor of the Pärnu Chamber Choir (2001-2011). Since 2013, she has been conducting the Estonian United Girls' Choir Ilmalilled, and since 2019, the children's choir of Püha Miikael's School. She has also had the honor of conducting large choirs at the Estonian Song Celebration – mixed choirs in 2011 and children's choirs in 2023. Vilve Maide has studied choral conducting at the Heino Eller Tartu Music School and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. Vilve Maide is the conductor of the Emajõe Laulikud women's choir at the Tartu Health Care College, as well as the conductor of the Tartu Karlova School's children's choirs and girls' choir Kurekell. Alongside these choirs, Vilve thankfully finds time for the girls of the Estonian United Girls' choir Ilmalilled. Vilve Maide has conducted children's choirs at the Estonian Song Celebration.
