Vocal Group BeleTinke is a group of talented and creative 12 young women from the region of Prekmurje in Slovenia. As a part of the music section of Society of Arts and Culture Beltinci since 2013, which is recognizable by its long tradition of folklore, tamboura groups and annual international folklore festival, the group promotes sounds of the region Prekmurje as well as sings other Slovenian and international melodies. Singing with desire to bring joy and pleasure to all our listeners, BeleTinke also won remarkable results in two international choir competitions: Praga Cantat 2014 (a gold award in the category of female choirs, absolute winners of our category and golden award for best performed folk song) and Canta al Mar 2015 (golden award in the category of female choirs and silver award in the folklore category). With its youthful energy the vocal group Beletinke combined harmonious singing with international choir aspirations.
