Anna Králová

Anna Králová was born in Prostějov, where she developed a passion for music, singing, and folklore from an early age. She graduated from Jiří Wolker Grammar School in Prostějov and the Vladimír Ambros Elementary School of Arts, specializing in piano and solo singing. She later studied Czech Language and Music Education at the Faculty of Education of Palacký University in Olomouc and expanded her qualifications for secondary school teaching at Masaryk University in Brno. Since her university years, she has worked as a choir director of the preparatory groups of the Campanella Children’s Choir in Olomouc, achieving long-term success at regional and national festivals and competitions. She has also taught at Jan Blahoslav Grammar School and the Secondary Pedagogical School in Přerov, where she led the Girls’ Choir from 2003 to 2007. During the same period, she served as conductor of the Orlice Men’s Choir in Prostějov. Since 2015, she has directed the women’s choir Nota Bene Prostějov. As a singer, she also performs with the chamber ensemble Vox Humana, specializing in Baroque music.
