Conductor and organizer of musical life. He graduated from the faculties: Instrumental and Choral Conducting Academy of Music. S. Moniuszko in Gdansk (with honors, 1995), studied conducting symphony and opera at the Academy of Music. IJ Paderewski in Poznan. In 2000, qualified first degree in conducting vocal and vocal-instrumental (doctor of musical arts), and in 2006 a doctorate PhD. in the discipline of "conducting" at the Academy of Music in Krakow. In 2008, appointed to the position of Associate Professor at the Academy of Music in Gdansk. In 2011, received a nomination from the President of the Republic of Poland for the title of Professor of Musical Arts. He made numerous trips and tours as artistic director and lecturer, both at home and abroad, including Germany, France, Lithuania, Hungary, Ukraine, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Ecuador).
