Olesya Pistova entered a musical school in the city of Nikolaev (in the class of bayan). In June 1999 she graduated from the music school, and entered the music academy A.V. Nezhdanova in Odessa. In June 2004, she graduated from the music academy A.V. Nezhdanova, and she received a full degree in the specialty „Musical Art“, got the qualification of the orchestra (ensemble), conductor of the folk instrument orchestra, and a teacher from the class of bayan. In July 2004, she again joined the Academy of Music at the Opera and Symphony Conducting Chair. In June 2008, she graduated from the Academy, and received the qualification of the conductor of the symphony orchestra. Since January 2016, she has been working as a head of the youth chamber orchestra at the municipal wind music theater. In her work she devotes a lot of time to the formation of phrases and the development of musical material in terms of dramatic works. She is tryimg to teach teenagers in different styles and genres of musical art using an interesting and modern repertoire. She pays a lot of attention to classical works, because I believe that all skills of orchestral mastery are based on them.
