A Scalpella

A Scalpella is a student choir from Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm. We are a mixed chamber choir with a broad repertoire, performing everything from typical student songs and classical choir pieces to more contemporary a capella arrangements. Usually we have two concerts per semester and perform at parties, ceremonies and events around Stockholm. This fall we recorded our second album “In The Rain”, containing some of our favourite songs. The choir also has a social side – we arrange parties, rehearsal weekends and go on a choir trip once a year. Last year we went to Lithuania to participate in the international choir competition Kaunas Cantat.
