Chamber choir of MIREA-Russian Technological University - Champion and Gold medalist of 2nd European Choral Games (Germany, 2015), Gold medalist of the Grand Prix of Nations (Germany, 2015), winner of the 1st International choral competition "RIGA SINGS" (Latvia, 2019), as well as winner of numerous Russian and foreign festivals. In 2019, the Chamber choir of RTU MIREA by the decision of the government of Moscow and the Department of culture of Moscow was awarded the title "Moscow city creative team". The band regularly performs solo concert programs both in Russia and abroad (Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Germany, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary). The choir repertoire includes both chamber paintings and works of large form: "Requiem" by V. A. Mozart, "Requiem" by G. Verdi, "John of Damascus" cantata by S. Taneev, "Spring" cantata by S. Rachmaninov, "Requiem" by G. Faure, "Mass h-moll" by J. S. Bach, "Carmina Burana" cantata by K. Orff, "All-night vigil" by S. Rachmaninov, "Russian wedding" concert by A. Kiselyov and others.
Ivan Samoilov is the director and conductor of the Chamber choir of MIREA-Russian Technological University. He graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory with a degree «Choral conducting» (class of Professor L. Z. Kontorovich). In different years headed such collectives as Youth Choir of Moscow House of Creativity on Miussakh, Children's Choir and Boys ' Choir of Rubinstein Musical School, Choirs of the Moscow School of Arts "Firebird", Choirs of Saulsky Children's School of Arts, Church Choirs of the Church of Archangel Michael, the Male Ensemble of the Church of John the Baptist. Ivan Samoilov is also artistic director and conductor of the Chamber Choir of Moscow State Pedagogical University. With the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and MIREA - Russian Technological University, Ivan Samoilov organizes the International Choral Assembly "Golden crane".Back to the list of ensembles
