Dekliški zbor Gimnazije Škofja Loka

Girls' choir of Gimnazija škofja Loka was established in the school year 2017/2018 because of a remarkable interest in singing. Eva Čeh is its conductor since September 2018. The girls gain their singing experience through choral practice, several concerts and performances and other choral shows. The choir's first competitive performance will be in Bratislava, they are also planning a tour in the UK.

Eva Čeh: After a lower level of education in music school (for piano, organ and solo singing) Eva Čeh decided to study Musical education at Music Academy in Ljubljana and successfully completed her studies. Since then she has participated in many musical groups and concerts, she is especially active in choral music. She is a music teacher in Primary school, she leads multiple school choirs and also the Girls' choir of (high school) Gimnazija Škofja Loka. She is a rehearsal coach and a soloist in several choirs and music casts. She attended several conductor seminars (with dr. Brady Allerd, Matjaž Šček etc.) and got practical experience with KPZ Megaron and at the international choral festival Choralp in Briançon.
