Chor des Borg Spittal

The Chor des BORG Spittal is a school – choir on a highschool in Spittal an der Drau in Carinthia. The singers are between 15 and 18 years old and mostly sing for 4 years. The participation is voluntarily. The choir was founded in 1991 by Peter Elwitschger, co – master is Anja Weihs. The choir is part of the cultural live of its home town, but also has produced some cds and likes to travel and take part on international festivals.

Peter Elwitschger is teacher in Spittal. He has studied singing, he was and is still member of different choirs and likes to get young people enthusiastic about music and especially singing.
