Mixed choir Comodo works at the state grammar school in Chomutov. Throughout the year, it performs in a number of concerts in the region and actively participates in the cultural life of its hometown. The choir also attends many competitions, both home and abroad. Comodo attended and won the first prize in the following competitions: The 2013 Gymnasia Cantat, the 2014 Zahrada písní in Prague and EMJ in Neerpelt, Belgium the same year. In cooperation with the choir Ventilky, Comodo members were the ones who organized the 10th year of the international competitive festival of popular choral music, Jirkovský Písňovar. The choir is led by choirmaster Marie Hánová, who studied choir conducting at the Faculty of Education at the UJEP in Ústí nad Labem.
