Vyshgorod municipal choir “Korali” was established in 1994 by Lesia Potitska, continuously conducting the choir until now. The choir is performing Ukrainian patriotic songs, Ukrainian sacral and modern folk songs as well as pieces from holy liturgy – over 200 pieces in the repertoire. The choir consists of children of all ages. Since 1998 “Korali” successfully participated in different choir festivals and competitions in Ukraine and abroad. The most remarkable achievements are the First place at the International Franz Schubert Choir Competition (2003, Vienna, Austria) and the 1st price at the European Music Festival for Young People (2014, Neerpelt, Belgium)
