String Ladies duo was originated within the subject of chamber music. They play together for three years. During that period they had many performances representing the Academy of Arts. In the future, duo plans to make recitals and to perform on many music festivals and competitions. String Ladies also hope that they will perform together for a long time and make an international career. Nada Sarkovic was born on 10th of June 1996 in Kosovska Mitrovica. She graduated Secondary school 'Mokranjac' in Belgrade in the class of prof. Zorica Kukin. Currently, she is attending third year at the Academy of Arts University in Banja Luka (BiH) in the class of mr Ivan Otasevic. She is a member of Banja Luka Phillharmony orchestra and also a member of the Youth Phillharmony orchestra Borislav Pascan in Belgrade. She played under the bat of numerous conductors including Djordje Pavlovic, Vesna Souc, Ognjen Bomostar, Lukas Pohunek, Isaac Karabtschevsky. Also, she took a part at many music festivals such as Musica Riva in Italy and Balkan Art young virtuoso Youth stage.
Jelena Lukić was born on 13th of December 1996 in Valjevo, Serbia. She graduated Secondary music school in Valjevo in the class of prof. Dragan Nikolic as the best student in her generation. Now, she is attending the third year at the Academy of arts in Banja Luka (BiH) in the class of prof. Natasa Jokic. At the age of nine she started playing the guitar and expressed potential as a competitor. Since then she has accomplished a great success by winning a numerous prizes on national and international competitions: twenty – eight first, six second and two third prizes. As the most important she would set aside: Second prizes at the 14. and 16. Guitar Art festival in Belgrade, first prize at the 11. International guitar competition Stanislav Binicki, special prize at Naissus guitar festival , the second prize at the festival Tremolo in Skopje and the special prize Marko Erdevicki on thematic festival Classic Art within which she went to Norway and worked with founder of the festival, Marko Erdevicki. Beside that, she was honored with the award given her by the city of Valjevo for the exeptional succes that she has achived. She also performed a numerous recitals in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.Back to the list of ensembles
